Christmas and Holiday Parties

Michelle Kyle entertains at Christmas and holiday parties, including corporate receptions and gatherings in private homes, as well as in stores, malls, hotels, restaurants and other public venues during the holiday season. She plays festive, joyful seasonal favourites, including Vince Guaraldi's "Charlie Brown" Christmas music and Irving Berlin songs from White Christmas and Holiday Inn. At your preference, music for your event can include more traditional Christmas carols or more popular upbeat music. While any of Michelle's ensembles can play holiday music, the instrumentation listed below is especially well suited to Christmas and holiday parties.

Cello music or a string ensemble in the background provides a classy ambiance that combines the warmth of strings with the comfort of familiar melodies.

Piano music in the background provides a full ambiance with rich harmonies and countermelodies and percussive rhythm. Piano background music may be combined with a sing-along.

Voice and piano: Michelle can sing Christmas carols and accompany herself on the piano. If desired, she can also lead a sing-along, providing booklets containing words and sheet music for the carols, so your guests can participate.

Flute and piano: The shimmering sparkle of flute music with piano filling in the harmonies adds a joyful energy to holiday celebrations.

Piano and drums: The rhythmic accentuation of drums adds a joyful energy to the full harmonies of piano that creates a truly festive ambience.
